Rules and Regulations

Adapters: Adapters are not permitted for stays longer than one week. Guests must book a site that matches their RV's electrical requirements. For stays under one week, guests who choose a lower-amperage site do so at their own risk and are responsible for any resulting surges or outages.

Alcoholic Beverages: Alcohol must remain on your designated site and may not be consumed elsewhere in the campground.

Canisters: Gasoline canisters are not permitted on campground property. A maximum of two propane canisters may be neatly stored on-site.

Site Cleanliness: Sites must be kept clean and tidy throughout your stay. No items should be left on the ground. A clean-up fee may apply if a site is left untidy after departure.

Enclosures: Winter enclosures may only be installed during the winter season. They must be professionally built, may not exceed 4 ft x 6 ft, and cannot be constructed using skids.

Electric Vehicles: Charging electric vehicles on campground property is prohibited. Only RVs may be connected to campground pedestals.

For Sale Signs: "For Sale" signs may not be displayed on RVs.

Gazebos & Enclosed Awnings: Permitted on weekends only (Friday–Sunday) and must be taken down and stored Monday–Thursday to allow for grass cutting.

Hoses & Cables: Must be neatly stored and not create tripping hazards or interfere with lawn maintenance.

Kids' Pools & Sprinklers: Not permitted on campground property.

Maintenance Access: Maintenance staff must have full access to all sites for maintenance and grass cutting.

Mats: Outdoor mats are not permitted. One door mat up to 2 ft x 2 ft is allowed.

Outdoor Setup: Sites must remain neat and tidy. During the week, only camping chairs that can be easily moved for grass cutting may remain outside.

Picnic Tables: Picnic tables must remain on their assigned site and may not be moved between sites.

Satellite Dishes: Must be securely mounted to the RV or placed on a tripod on the gravel laneway. Satellite dishes may not be placed on the grass.

Surge Protectors: May not be plugged directly into campground outlets. If used, they must be completely lowered to the ground through an additional cord. 

Sewer Connections: Sewer hoses must be securely connected using the proper coupling mechanism. If the campground coupling attachment is missing, notify the office.

Sewer Tanks: Tanks must be emptied and water added before dumping into the campground system. Failure to do so may cause blockages and result in additional charges.

Skirting: Only factory canvas or pre-painted plywood skirting is permitted. Skirting must be black, white, grey, or match the RV, be installed neatly, completed before the first snowfall, and cleaned up properly after installation. Styrofoam skirting is not permitted.

Spiral Stakes: Must be removed whenever a dog is not attached to them.
